At Made by Pencilman, each item is lovingly handcrafted with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging, so we can ensure it stays safe.

Once your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please:
- Check your bank account – sometimes it takes a few days.
- Contact your credit card company – some banks need extra processing time.
- Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to post.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because each piece is handmade, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, please get in touch – we’re happy to advise.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.

Shipping returns
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, delivery times may vary. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches us safely.
