All items offered by made by Pencilman (including knitted monsters, bottled eyeball specimens, and anatomical hearts) are meticulously handcrafted stitch by stitch, drop by drop. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. Minor handmade traces, color variations, or subtle structural individualities are natural characteristics of artisanal work and do not constitute defects.
All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation by our store. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, or refuse any order at our discretion. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for production and dispatch timeframes.
Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade pieces, all sales are final unless items arrive severely damaged. If you receive a severely damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a complete unboxing video and clear photographs via Instagram or email for review and resolution.
